Have a vibrant summer, from the inside-out

A diet rich in fruits and veggies helps to lower heart disease and aids with weight maintenance. It’s the nutrients and antioxidants in all kinds of combinations of these colorful foods that make our organs happy, and that bring an extra ounce of beauty to the skin.

Smoothies and juices are especially perfect for summer, since they are deliciously light and fresh. Try these recipes to enjoy at home or to grab on the go, taking sip after sip for a healthy, vibrant, and energetic summer.
